Voting Conditions: Only female users (Livestream level ≥ 5) and male users (Wealth level ≥ 8) can vote to others in this event.

2. Votes can be used to support your favorite users to win this selection; after this voting period, the votes will be invalid.
3. Voting once can get 100 coins.
4. When the accumulated number of unsent votes reaches 12, you will no longer be able to get votes.
5. The users who obtain votes by registering multiple accounts or other violation behaviors will be permanently disqualified from the event and the accounts will be banned.

Phase Three - Award
